If you need to take a break from your health journey, you can pause your subscription for 1 or 3 months. This ensures you keep your progress and data while stopping any upcoming charges for the selected period.
To pause your subscription:
Open the Reverse Health app and go to the My Day tab.
Tap the Human Icon (My Profile) in the upper right-hand corner.
Select the Settings tab.
Tap Manage Subscription.
Select Cancel Subscription (Don't worry—this is the first step to access the pause feature).
A questionnaire will appear. Once you start the process, the app will offer you the option to Pause instead of canceling.
Choose your preferred duration: 1 month or 3 months.
Important things to know:
Active Accounts Only: Pausing is only available for active subscriptions.
Automatic Resume: Your subscription will automatically resume and billing will continue once the 1 or 3-month period ends.
Access during Pause: During the pause period, your access to the app features will be restricted until the subscription resumes.
