I can't download the app

If you are having trouble getting the Reverse Health app onto your device, don't worry. This is usually due to a system requirement or a quick setting update in your phone's app store.

📱 1. Check Your Device Compatibility

To ensure you have the best experience with our features, your phone needs to be running a relatively recent software version:

  • Apple Users: Requires iOS 13.0 or later.

  • Android Users: Requires Android 7.0 or later.

How to check your version:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > General > About > Software Version.

  • Android: Go to Settings > About Phone > Software Information.


💾 2. Check Your Storage Space

If your phone is almost full, it may block new apps from downloading. The Reverse Health app needs a small amount of space to install and run smoothly.

  • iOS: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

  • Android: Go to Settings > Storage.

The Fix: If you are out of space, try deleting a few old photos, unused apps, or clearing your browser cache to make room for your new journey!


💳 3. App Store Account Status

A common hurdle users face is when the "Download" button is unavailable or asks for payment verification.

Even though the Reverse Health app itself is free to download, both Apple and Google require your store account to be in good standing before allowing any new app downloads—even free ones.

If there is an outstanding balance or a billing issue from a previous purchase in a different app, the store may temporarily restrict you from downloading anything new until that is resolved.

How to check this:

  • iOS: Open Settings > Tap your Name > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History. Look for any items marked "Pending" or "Failed."

  • Android: Open Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & History.

Once downloaded, check your inbox for your Welcome Email. By tapping the link inside that email on your mobile device, the app will recognize your subscription and log you in automatically.
