How to Customize Your Meal Plan on Reverse Health


Hey there! We understand that preferences can change, and so can your cravings. That's why we've made it super easy for you to tweak your meal plan on Reverse Health. Whether you're switching up your diet type or adding a new favorite, we've got you covered.


Changing Your Diet Type:

  1. Access Settings: Click on your profile icon located in the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Adjust Diet Preferences: Scroll down to "FOOD PREFERENCES" and select "edit."

  3. Update and Save: Modify your preferences as needed and ensure to save changes. Your updated meal plan will be reflected in the new meal plan tab.

Voilà! Your meal plan will now align with your updated choices.

Creating Your Shopping List:

  1. Meal Plan Tab: Head to the "Meal Plan" tab in your app.

  2. Select Your Meals: Choose the delicious meals you want for the week.

  3. Back to Meal Plan: Hit the "Back Arrow" at the top left to return to the "Meal Plan" tab.

  4. Shopping List: Tap on the "Shopping List" icon.

And there you have it! Your personalized shopping list is ready to make your grocery shopping a breeze.
