If you still want to request a refund, the necessary steps are described below. To view them, select your purchase method:
I purchased a subscription through the website
1. Cancel your subscription first Before proceeding with your refund request, make sure you cancel your subscription first. You can learn about the cancellation process here.
2. Submit your request Once that is done, kindly inform our Support team of the precise reason for the refund via the chat icon in the bottom right or via email at help@reverse.health.
We would appreciate it if you could share your feedback on your experience using the application. Your input helps us enhance our product and expedite the processing of your request. After submitting, our Support Team will review your request and notify you of the outcome.
I purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store
If your subscription is an In-App Purchase, it is billed by Apple, not by us. These purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. As such, you must request your refund directly through Apple.
To request a refund from Apple:
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Tap "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Select Reverse Health from the list of purchases, then choose Submit.
I purchased a subscription through the Google Play Store
If you purchased your subscription via an Android device, the transaction is handled by Google Play.
To request a refund from Google:
Go to the Google Play refund page.
Sign in to your Google Account.
Follow the on-screen instructions to select Reverse Health and request your refund.
Note: If it has been more than 48 hours since the transaction, Google may direct you to contact our support team instead. In this case, please provide us with your Google GPA transaction ID (found in your emailed receipt).
⚠️ Important Note
Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription or initiate a refund.
Processing Time: Once a refund is issued, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
