You can reach us in a few convenient ways:

1. In-App Chat


Easily connect with us through the in-app chat in just a few steps:

  1. Open the app and tap on "My Day" (located in the lower-left corner), then tap on "My Profile" (person icon at the top-right of the screen).

  2. Go to "Settings" (a tab at the top, next to "About").
    Scroll to the bottom and press "Contact" to send us a message or explore our help articles.

2. Web Chat


You can also reach us through the chat icon located at the bottom right of this page. Just click on it, choose "Send us a message" and you’ll be connected to one of our team members who will assist you as soon as possible.

To start, you’ll be prompted with a few quick questions that help us get the right information to support you more efficiently.
