Full or partial refund is applicable if you did not receive access to your personalised weight loss coaching program or received a faulty product.

2. Medical/Health Constraints:
Refund is available if you are unable to start or continue the program due to medical reasons supported by a note from your attending physician.
Refund is also applicable if you are hospitalized, confined to long-term care for more than 10 days, or have passed away within the first 30 days of the Subscription Services.
3. Personal Reasons:
If you do not see desired results despite good-faith efforts, we will refund your subscription fees as per our Weight Loss Results Guarantee.
Good faith efforts include a 14-day period of following the program guidelines.
Provide proof of efforts, and if no results are observed within 35 days, a full refund will be issued.
Exceptions:

Refund Process:

Note:
Partial refunds allow continued access to Paid Services for the remaining subscription period.
