I Can't Log In

If you are having trouble accessing your Reverse Health account, follow these steps to identify the issue and get back to your plan.

1. Check Your Welcome Email

When you first sign up, we send a Welcome Email to the address used during your purchase.

  • To log in: Locate that email and follow the provided instructions to access your account for the first time.

  • Can't find it? Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.

  • Verify the address: The email is sent to the same address where you received your purchase receipt.

2. Identify Your Login Email

The most common login issue is a typo or using an email address not linked to your purchase.

  • Username: Your username is the exact email address where you received your purchase receipt.

  • Card/PayPal: Search your inbox for an email from Reverse Health.

  • Google (Android): Look for a receipt from the Google Play Store.

  • Apple (iOS): Look for a receipt from the Apple App Store.


3. Special Note for Apple Users ("Hide My Email")

If you used "Sign in with Apple" and selected "Hide My Email," Apple created a unique, random email address (e.g., abcd123@privaterelay.appleid.com) to keep your personal address private. Because this random address is what Reverse Health has on file, you must use it to log in.

How to find your Apple Relay Email:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, then tap your Name.

  2. Tap Sign in with Apple to see the list of apps using this feature.

  3. Find and tap Reverse Health from the list.

  4. Check the email address: If you used Hide My Email, you will see the address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com assigned to the app.

Tip: If you have an iCloud+ subscription, you can also view and manage these unique addresses by going to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Hide My Email. This section allows you to see all your active and inactive random addresses.


4. Password Reset

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Select "Forgot Password" on the login screen.

  2. Enter your registered email address (or your Apple Relay address if applicable).

  3. Check your email for the reset link. If it doesn’t arrive within 2 minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder.

5. Technical Checklist

  • Internet Connection: Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to ensure a stable connection.

  • App Update: Ensure you have the latest version of the Reverse Health app installed from the App Store or Google Play Store.

6. Contact Support

If you still cannot log in, our team is ready to help. Click the Chat Icon in the bottom right of this screen or under Settings in the app.

To help us find your account faster, please provide:

  • The Full Name used for the account.

  • Your Payment Channel (Card, PayPal, Apple, or Google).

  • The Date of your purchase.
