Welcome to our comprehensive guide on how to use the trackers in our Reverse Health app effectively. Follow these steps to get the most out of your tracking features.

1. Navigate to the “My Day” Tab

Start by opening the app and navigating to the “My Day” tab.

2. Log Your Meals

Under "Today's Tasks", you can log your meals by tapping on the respective meal categories: breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack. Choose from the following options:

I ate this: Select this if you ate the meal as planned.
I ate something else: Use this if you consumed a meal outside the plan.
I skipped it: Tap this if you did not eat that meal.

3. Track Your Exercise

In the “Let’s move” section, you can log your daily exercise. If you haven't completed any exercise for the day, tap on the recommended exercise when you're ready to begin. To log your exercise:

Tap on “I already exercised today”.
Choose the type of exercise you completed.

4. Monitor Your Mood and Symptoms

In the "How are you feeling" section, you can monitor your mood and assess any symptoms such as Energy, Sleep, and Digestion. Rate how you are feeling for each category.

5. Access Daily Tips

Tap on “Daily tip” to access daily health and wellness tips, as well as motivational insights to help you stay on track.

6. Monitor Your Water Intake

Keep track of your water intake by tapping on the “+” sign on the right-hand side to log each cup. It is recommended to consume at least 8 cups a day (64 oz or 1.9L) for optimal hydration.

7. Check Your Progress

To review your progress for the past or current week, navigate to the "Tracker" tab. Here, you can access detailed information on each section.

That’s it! 😊 We hope this guide helps you make the most of the trackers in our app. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. You can easily connect with us through the web-chat bubble located at the bottom right corner of this page.
