How to use the trackers?
The trackers in the Reverse Health app are your best tools for staying accountable and visualizing your progress. Follow this guide to learn how to log your daily habits effectively.
1. Navigate to the “My Day” Tab
Open the app and ensure you are on the My Day tab (bottom left). This is your home base where all your daily tasks are listed.
2. Log Your Meals
Under the "Today's Tasks" section, you can log your meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack). Tap on a meal category to see your options:
I ate this: Select this if you followed the recipe provided in your plan.
I ate something else: Use this if you consumed a meal outside the plan. You can then use the AI Scanner (Snap a photo of your plate) to automatically calculate the calories and macros.
I skipped it: Tap this if you did not eat that specific meal.
3. Track Your Exercise
Scroll to the "Let's move" section to record your physical activity:
Start a Workout: Tap the recommended workout for the day to watch the video and follow along.
Manual Log: Tap “I already exercised today” to manually select your activity (Walking, Strength, Zumba, etc.) if you worked out outside the app.
4. Monitor Your Mood and Symptoms
In the "How are you feeling?" section, you can check in with yourself daily:
Rate your Mood and assess symptoms like Energy Level, Quality of Sleep, and Digestion.
Tracking these helps you see how your nutrition plan is improving your overall health, beyond just the scale.
5. Access Daily Tips
Tap on the “Daily tip” card to read expert nutritional advice, mindset shifts, and motivational insights tailored to your journey.
6. Monitor Your Water Intake
Find the Water Tracker on the My Day screen.
Tap the “+” icon every time you drink a glass of water.
Goal: We recommend at least 8 cups (64 oz or 1.9L) a day to keep your metabolism and energy levels high.
7. Check Your Progress
To see the "big picture" of your consistency:
Navigate to the Tracker tab (bottom menu).
Review your weight trends, step counts, and fasting history.
You can also access the Human Icon (top right) > Settings to manage your profile or account.
