How to Swap Recipes in Your Meal Plan

We understand you're looking for different recipes than the ones laid out in your meal plan. No problem at all! 😊 Feel free to swap meals according to your liking, as our meal plan offers a wide range of delicious options to choose from! You can rest assured that the calories and nutritional value have already been pre-calculated for you, ensuring you receive optimal nutritional benefits.

1. Access the Meal Plan Tab and select your meal


First, tap on the "Meal Plan" tab at the bottom of the app, as shown below and select your meal you want to swap:


2. Replace a Meal


Click on "I ate something else"

Next, you'll be prompted to select a method on how you want to add this new meal.


3. Choose new meal

Pick from recipes

This way you'll be able to change your meal with already existing recipes. Select the meal you want to have from the list:

You can filter your favorites in ♡ My favorites (top left) or you can filter by Cooking time (top right).

After selecting your recipe, click "Log meal"

Add manually

There's another option to add your meal manually - where you can enter any food, calories and macros by yourself. This step is simple - just fill in the fields you want and click "Log meal".

Scan with AI

This is the simplest way to log your meals - take a clear picture of your meal, and AI will do the job for you.

After taking a photo, AI will recognise your meal and show calories and macros. Click on (top left) if you want to retake the photo or select "Log meal" to add your meal.
