Troubleshooting Login, Password, and Access Issues

This guide covers our primary Magic Link login method, manual password options, and how to fix the most common "stuck" moments.


🔑 Method 1: The Magic Link (Recommended)

The easiest way to log in without remembering a password.

Reverse Health uses "Magic Links" to log you in securely and instantly.

  1. Request the link: Open the app, enter your email, and tap "Send magic link."

  2. Open the email: On the same phone where the app is installed, open your email and find the message "Login to your RH app."

  3. Tap "Log in": The app will open and sign you in automatically.

Using a Laptop? If you open the email on a computer, a QR code will appear. Scan it with your phone’s camera to log in to the app.

Magic Link Pro-Tips:

  • Open it on your phone: You must open the email on the same device where the app is installed. If you click the link on your laptop, it won't log you into your phone app.

  • Check Spam/Promotions: If the email doesn't appear in 2 minutes, check your Junk, Spam, or "Promotions" tab

  • Link Expired? Magic links are time-sensitive for security. If you get an "Expired" message, simply go back to the app and request a new one.


Method 2: Log In with Password

If you have previously set a password or cannot access your email on your phone:

  1. Open the app and tap Login.

  2. Select "Login with Password."

  3. Enter your credentials and tap Log in.


Troubleshooting: Can't Log In?

If you’re having trouble logging in, don’t worry. Most issues can be fixed quickly! Check these common problems:

1. I didn't get the email

  • Check for typos: Ensure your email is spelled correctly (e.g., "gmail.com" not "gmal.com").

  • Check the right inbox: Use the email address where you received your payment receipt.

  • Folders: Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions tabs.

2. The link opens a webpage, not the App

If the link just sits on a website instead of launching the app:

  • The Fix: Long-press the "Log In" button in your email and select "Open in Browser" or "Open Link." Your phone will then recognize the app.

3. The App is blank or "spinning"

If you see a blank screen after logging in:

  1. Force Close: Close the app completely and restart it.

  2. Clean Reinstall: If that fails, Delete the app, Restart your phone, and Reinstall the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.

4. Forgot Password

  1. Tap Login > Login with Password > Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your email and tap "Send Reset Password Link."

  3. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

  • I never set a password: That’s normal! You can log in using Method 1 (Magic Link) and then set a password later inside the app settings.

  • Can I use two devices? Yes. You can log in on multiple devices (like a phone and tablet) using the same account.

  • The app keeps crashing: This is usually due to a cached update. Delete the app and reinstall the newest version.
