This guide covers our primary Magic Link login method, manual password options, and how to fix the most common "stuck" moments.


Method 1: The Magic Link (Recommended)

The easiest way to log in without remembering a password.

Reverse Health uses "Magic Links" to log you in securely and instantly.

Accessing the Magic Link Email via the Phone

  1. Open the Reverse Health App.

  2. Enter the email address you used to purchase your plan.

  3. Select Email magic link, then tap “Send magic link. An email will be sent to your registered email address.

  4. Open the email app on your phone and look for the message from Reverse Health with the subject Login to your RH app

  5. Click Log in

  6. After clicking Log in, the Reverse Health app opens and logs you in instantly.

Opening the Email on a Laptop or Other Device

  1. Open the Reverse Health App.

  2. Enter the email address you used to purchase your plan.

  3. Tap Send Magic Link (or Log in with Magic Link).

  4. Open the email on the device and find the message from Reverse Health with the subject Login to your RH App

  5. Click Log in

  6. After clicking Log in, a QR code will appear. Use your phone’s camera to scan it, then tap the link that appears.

  7. After clicking the link, the Reverse Health app opens and logs you in instantly.

Magic Link Pro-Tips:

  • Open it on your phone: You must open the email on the same device where the app is installed. If you click the link on your laptop, it won't log you into your phone app.

  • Check Spam/Promotions: If the email doesn't appear in 2 minutes, check your Junk, Spam, or "Promotions" tab

  • Link Expired? Magic links are time-sensitive for security. If you get an "Expired" message, simply go back to the app and request a new one.


Method 2: Log In with Password

Best if you can't access your email app on your phone.

If the Magic Link isn't working for you, you can use a standard password.

  1. Open the app and Click Log In

  2. Enter your Email Address and Password

  3. Tap Log in

  4. You will be signed in to your app.


Troubleshooting: Can't Log In?

If you’re having trouble logging in, don’t worry. Most issues can be fixed quickly! Check these common problems:

1. Didn't get the Magic Link email?

Check for typos: Make sure you typed your email correctly (for example, “gmail.com” instead of “gmal.com”). The app won’t tell you if the email is wrong to keep your info private.

Check the right email: Use the exact email where you got your payment receipt. If you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay, your account might be under a masked email. Double-check your receipt for the correct address.

2. The Link opens a webpage, not the App

This happens when your email app (like Outlook or Gmail) tries to open the link in its own internal browser.

  • Fix: Long-press the "LOGIN" button in the email. Select "Open in Browser" or “Open Link”. Your phone's main browser should recognize the link and launch the Reverse Health app.

3. Meal Plan / App is Blank after logging in

If you log in successfully but see a blank white screen or a spinning wheel:

Step 1: The Quick Fix First, try fully closing the Reverse Health app and reopening it. This often resolves minor glitches.

Step 2: The "Clean Slate" Fix If the issue persists after restarting the app, please follow these steps:

  • Delete the app from your phone.

  • Restart your phone (this is important, as it clears the cache).

  • Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Log in again.

4. You forgot your password

Follow these steps if you’ve forgotten your password:

  1. Open the Reverse Health (RH) app.

  2. Tap Login.

  3. Select Login with Password.

  4. Tap Forgot Password.

  5. Enter your registered email address.

  6. Tap Send Reset Password Link.

  7. Check your email inbox.

  8. Look for an email from Reverse Health with the subject Reset your RH password.

  9. Tap Reset Password in the email.

  10. Enter your new password, then tap Submit.

  11. Go back to the RH app.

  12. Tap Login, then select Login with Password.

  13. Enter your email address and new password.

You should now be logged in successfully.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: I never received a password after signing up. A: You may have missed the welcome email, or it went to Spam. Try using the "Forgot Password" feature on the login screen to generate a password for yourself right now.

Q: Can I use the app on two devices? A: Yes! You can log in on multiple devices (like an iPad and an iPhone) using the same credentials.

Q: The app crashes as soon as I open it. A: This is often an improperly installed update. Delete the app, restart your phone, and download it fresh from the App Store or Google Play, according to the device you are using.
