How to use the Fasting Tracker

Note: This feature is only available to users who have the Fasting Plan enabled.

The Fasting Tracker helps you stay consistent with your eating window to support your weight loss goals. Here is how to set up, start, and manage your fasts.

⚙️ How to Set or Change Your Fasting Plan

Before you begin tracking, you should choose a fasting protocol that fits your lifestyle.

  1. Go to the My Day tab.

  2. Tap My Plan (the pen icon).

  3. Select Choose Plan.

  4. Browse the options from Beginner (shorter fasting hours) to Advanced (longer fasting periods).

  5. Once you find a plan you like, tap Choose Plan.


⏱️ Using the Fasting Tracker

1. Starting Your Fast As soon as you finish your last meal of the day:

  • Navigate to the Fasting Tracker card on your My Day screen.

  • Tap the Start Fasting button.

  • The timer will begin counting down, showing you exactly how much time remains until your next eating window opens.

2. Ending Your Fast When your fasting window is complete and you are ready for your first meal:

  • Return to the Fasting Tracker.

  • Tap End Fasting.

  • Your completed fast will automatically be saved to your history.


✏️ Editing a Fast

If you forgot to press "Start" or "End" at the correct time, you can easily fix it:

  1. Tap the Edit (pencil icon) on the Fasting Tracker card.

  2. Select Edit Start Time or Edit End Time.

  3. Adjust the clock to the correct time you actually started or stopped eating.

  4. Tap Save.
