IMPORTANT NOTE: this feature is only available for customers who purchased the Fasting plan.
The Fasting Tracker is designed to help you stay consistent with your eating window. Here is how to start, stop, and edit your fasts within the app.
When you have finished your last meal of the day, you should start your timer to begin tracking your fasting window.
The Fasting Tracker helps you maintain your eating schedule to support your weight loss goals. You can customize your plan and track your daily progress directly from the app.
How to Set or Edit Your Fasting Schedule
Before you begin, you need to configure your preferred fasting protocol and eating window.
Go to the My Day tab.
Tap My Plan (the pen icon).
Select Choose Plan.
You’ll see several fasting plans ranging from Beginner to Advanced.
Beginner plans have shorter fasting hours and longer eating windows, while Advanced plans include longer fasting periods.
Choose the plan that best fits your preference.
Click Choose plan.
Edit the start time of your fast by tapping the pen icon.
Once updated, the end time of the fast will automatically adjust based on the fasting duration you selected.
When finished, tap Start Fasting.
Using the Tracker:
A countdown timer will appear to track your fast.
If you end your fast earlier or later than planned, the app will automatically adjust the schedule while keeping your selected fasting duration intact.
Starting Your Fast
When you have finished your last meal of the day:
Go to the Fasting Tracker.
Tap the Start Fasting button.
The timer will begin counting up, showing you how long you have been in the fasted state.
Ending Your Fast
When your eating window opens and you are ready to eat:
Return to the Fasting Tracker.
Tap End Fasting.
Your fast will be saved to your history.
Editing a Fast
If you forgot to start or stop the timer at the correct time, you can manually adjust it:
Tap the Edit option (or pencil icon) on the tracker card.
Select Edit Start Time or Edit End Time.
Adjust the time to reflect when you actually started or stopped eating.
Tap Save.
