Enabling notifications ensures you receive important reminders for your meals, fasting window, hydration, and daily movement.

1. Enable Notifications in the App

First, make sure the app is set to send you alerts.

  1. Open the Reverse Health app.

  2. Tap the My Day at the bottom of the screen

  3. Tap the Profile icon in the top-right corner

  4. Go to the Settings tab

  5. Find Notifications and toggle the switch to ON.

Note: If the toggle is already on but you aren't receiving alerts, your phone's system settings might be blocking them. Please follow the steps below for your specific device.

2. Enable Notifications on iPhone (iOS)

If your iPhone is blocking the app, you won't see any alerts even if they are turned on in the app.

  1. Open your iPhone Settings.

  2. Scroll down and tap on Notifications.

  3. Find Reverse Health in the list of apps.

  4. Toggle Allow Notifications to ON (green).

  5. Optional: Ensure "Sounds" and "Badges" are also checked if you want audible alerts.

3. Enable Notifications on Android

  1. Open your phone's Settings.

  2. Tap on Apps (or Apps & notifications).

  3. Find and tap Reverse Health.

  4. Tap Notifications.

  5. Toggle Show notifications to ON.

Troubleshooting

Still not seeing notifications?

  • Check "Do Not Disturb": Ensure your phone isn't in "Do Not Disturb" or "Sleep" focus mode, which suppresses notifications.

  • Battery Saver Mode: Some Android phones block background notifications when in Battery Saver mode. Try turning this off to see if notifications appear.
