Tracking your daily intake just got significantly easier. With our new AI Tracker, you no longer have to search for ingredients or guess portion sizes when you eat off-plan. Simply snap a photo, and let our AI do the math for you.

How to Use the AI Tracker

Please note that you can use the Scan AI feature if you decide to replace the suggested meal with your own food. Follow these steps:

  1. Open Your Meal Plan

    • Go to the Meal Plan tab and look at the Planned for today section.

    • Select the specific meal you want to update (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack).

  2. Select “I Ate Something Else”

    • After tapping the meal, you’ll see options: I ate this, I ate something else, and I skipped it.

    • Choose I ate something else.

  3. Tap “Scan with AI”

    • Select Scan with AI from the menu options.

  4. Snap a Photo

    • Use your camera to capture the entire plate containing the food.

    • Make sure the food is well-lit and fully visible so the AI can accurately estimate the macros.

  5. Review & Log

    • The AI will identify the food and calculate Calories, Fat, Carbs, and Protein.

    • If everything looks correct, tap Log Meal to add it to your day.

What can the AI do?

1. Automatic Macro Calculation

As soon as you log a meal via AI, it updates your Daily Calorie Counter and macro breakdown (Carbs, Protein, Fat) on your dashboard instantly.

2. Food vs. Non-Food Detection

Our AI is smart enough to know what belongs on a plate and what doesn't. If you take a photo of something that isn't food (like a toy or an empty table), the app will alert you: "Hmm... that doesn't look like food".
