App Restart: Close and restart the app, then return to the app home screen to refresh the connection.
Confirmation: Once connected, the device battery level should be visible on your app device screen.
Data & Battery Performance
No Data Measured: If the device is not measuring any health data, please contact the support team.
Rapid Battery Drain: To resolve quick power depletion, calibrate the battery by charging it for a minimum of three hours.
Normal Use: After calibration, resume using the device as you normally would.
Persistent Issues: If the battery continues to drain quickly after calibration, reach out to the support team.
