Pairing & Connectivity

  • Device Power: Ensure your bracelet is turned on before attempting to connect.

  • Bluetooth Status: Confirm that Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

  • App Permissions: Check your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings to ensure the app has been granted necessary Bluetooth permissions.

  • App Restart: Close and restart the app, then return to the app home screen to refresh the connection.

  • Confirmation: Once connected, the device battery level should be visible on your app device screen.

Data & Battery Performance

  • No Data Measured: If the device is not measuring any health data, please contact the support team.

  • Rapid Battery Drain: To resolve quick power depletion, calibrate the battery by charging it for a minimum of three hours.

  • Normal Use: After calibration, resume using the device as you normally would.

  • Persistent Issues: If the battery continues to drain quickly after calibration, reach out to the support team.
