1. Initial Setup & App Connectivity
To begin using your device, you must connect it to the Reverse Health App.
Download the App: Scan the provided QR code or search for "Reverse Health" in the Google Play or iOS App Store.
Enable Bluetooth: Ensure your mobile device's Bluetooth is turned on.
Connect the Bracelet: Open the app, click the Profile button in the upper right corner, and navigate to Settings > My wristband to follow the pairing steps.
Compatibility: Your mobile device must run Android 5.0 or later or iOS 10.0 or later to support the Bluetooth 5.0 connection.
2. Charging & Power Management
The device must be fully charged to activate it for its first use.
How to Charge: Place the device on the provided USB charger and plug in the Type-C adapter.
Light Indicators: During charging, the light flashes red, blue, and green alternately; a solid green light indicates a full charge.
Power Levels: Short press the home button to check battery status:
Green (1s): 50%–100% power.
Blue (1s): 25%–49% power.
Red (1s): 0%–24% power.
Battery Performance: A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours and supports 7–10 days of normal use or 20 days of standby.
Maintenance: Prevent the charger port from contacting conductive materials like liquids, dust, or metal powders.
3. App Features & Functionality
Once paired, the device will light up white for 2 seconds to confirm the connection.
Tracker Screen: View daily health metrics including steps, distance, caloric burn, Heart Rate, HRV, and Stress levels.
Device Settings: Access the My Profile > My wristband screen to view battery levels, MAC ID, and firmware versions. You can also manage sedentary alerts and Bluetooth disconnect reminders.
Factory Reset: Performing a reset deletes all data; you must charge the device to reboot it afterward.
