Getting your position right takes just a moment and makes all the difference for accurate readings.
Feet placement Stand barefoot on the scale with both feet in full contact with the electrodes. Keep your body still throughout the measurement.
Finger placement Hold the hand grip firmly with both hands. Your fingers should be in full contact with the metal strips on the handle — don't loosen or shift your grip during the scan.
Arm placement Extend your arms forward at a 45-degree angle. Keep them straight and make sure they're not touching your body during the scan.
Stay in place Once you're in position, hold still. Maintain good posture and don't move until the measurement is complete.
