Planning ahead is one of the best ways to ensure long-term success. The Reverse Health app automatically prepares your meals in advance, allowing you to review your grocery needs and prep your kitchen before the week begins.

1. Open the Meal Plan Tab

Launch the app and tap the Meal Plan icon in the bottom navigation bar.

2. Use the Scrollable Date Bar

At the top of the Summary screen, you will see a horizontal bar displaying the days of the current week.

  • To view next week: Simply swipe or scroll this date bar from right to left.

  • Select a Date: Tap on any future date (e.g., next Monday) to instantly generate and view the planned meals for that day.

3. Review Your Upcoming Meals

Once you select a date from next week, the "Planned for Today" section will update to show the breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for that specific day.

4. Customize Your Plan

If you see a meal in next week's plan that doesn't appeal to you, you can change it now:

  • Tap the meal you wish to change.

  • Select "I ate something else" (or use the Swap icon in the top right).

  • Choose "Pick from recipes" to browse our database and select a different dish that fits your preferences.

💡 Pro-Tips for Planning

  • Check Your Shopping List: Once you've finalized your meals for next week, go to the Recipes tab and add the ingredients to your list to make grocery shopping a breeze.

  • Macros are Preset: You don't need to manually calculate anything—as you scroll through future days, the app automatically scales the recipes to meet your personalized calorie and macro targets.
