The trackers in the Reverse Health app are your best tools for staying accountable and visualizing your progress. Follow this guide to learn how to log your daily habits effectively.
1. Navigate to the “My Day” Tab
Open the app and ensure you are on the My Day tab (bottom left). This is your home base where all your daily tasks are listed.
2. Log Your Meals
Under the "Today's Meals" section, you can log your meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack). Tap on a meal category to log your food instantly using our AI Scanner:
Snap & Log: Tap + beside each meal category to open the AI Scanner and take a clear photo of your plate. Our AI will automatically identify your food and instantly calculate your calories and macros.
📸 Scanner Tip: To ensure accurate tracking, make sure your food is well-fitted and completely within the camera frame so the AI doesn't miss a thing!
3. Track Your Exercise
Get moving and log your fitness using one of the two methods below:
Method 1: From Your Dashboard
Scroll under the "MY DAY" section and head over to "Burn more calories." From here, you can:
Tap today's recommended workout to watch the video and follow along.
Browse more workouts if you would like to switch things up and do something else instead.
Method 2: From Your Progress Tab
Head over to the Progress tab and scroll down to "Workouts Done."
Here, you can review your current fitness progress.
Simply click "Next exercise" to automatically play your next recommended workout video.
4. Monitor Your Water Intake
Stay hydrated and keep your energy up by tracking your daily water goals:
Log Your Water: Head over to the Progress tab and find the Water Tracker. Simply tap the "Add water" icon every time you drink a glass of water.
Your Goal: We recommend drinking at least 8 cups (64 oz or 1.9L) a day to keep your metabolism buzzing and your energy levels high.
5. Check Your Progress & Daily Score
Stay on top of your journey by tracking your stats and checking your consistency using these tools:
Log Your Weight: Head over to the Progress tab (bottom menu) to log your current weight. Here, you can review your weight trends to see the "big picture" of your hard work.
Check Your Daily Score: Look under the "MY DAY" section on your dashboard to see your Daily Score. This score gives you a quick snapshot of your day by tracking your eaten calories, physical activity, and sleep.
⚙️ Account Settings: To manage your profile or account details, simply tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right navigation menu.
